📋 Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via mail (not postmarked). Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced as workshops require extensive planning and preparation.

Refund Guidelines:

• 14+ days before workshop: Full refund minus $150 processing fee
• Less than 14 days or no-shows: No refund, but credit toward future workshop (approval required)
• Discounted/promotional pricing: No refunds available

Note: If we cancel due to minimum enrollment or circumstances beyond our control, full refund provided. We are not responsible for hotel deposits, airfare, or travel expenses.

📝 Registration Requirements

Important: Registration requires full payment before the workshop. You must receive written confirmation from our office to be officially registered.

Confirmation Process:

• Payment must be received before registration is processed
• Official confirmation packet will be mailed within 10 business days
• PayPal receipts or online verification are NOT official confirmation
• Only confirmation packets from our office finalize your registration
• Contact us if you don't receive confirmation within 10 days

We cannot accommodate unconfirmed registrations. Please ensure you receive your official confirmation packet before making travel arrangements.

We're confident in the quality of our training. If you're not completely satisfied, you may retake the same course at no additional cost within 150 days of your original training date.

• Retake includes didactic (lecture) portion at no cost
• Hands-on training available with authorization (additional fees may apply)
• Valid for 150 days from original training date
• No extensions granted beyond 150-day period
• Guarantee available once per student
• After guarantee period, standard fees apply

⚖️ Scope of Practice & Legal Requirements

Important Legal Notice: As with any medical certification, you must verify that aesthetic procedures are within your scope of practice.

Your Responsibilities:

• Check with your State Licensing Board before enrolling
• Review practice acts pertinent to your professional license
• Direct legal questions to your state board (not our staff)
• Understand your scope of practice limitations
